3.1. **WE WILL NEVER USE YOUR DATA TO RETRAIN MODELS. OUR POLICY IS TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR DATA AND PREVENT ANY ACCESS OR SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW OR WITH YOUR EXPRESS CONSENT.**

7.2. Fees are subject to change, and any amendment will be notified to you in advance, providing an option to terminate the service if you disagree with any new fees.
8.**Limitation of Liability**
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuralNet Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use PrivateGPT.
9.**Termination**
9.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PrivateGPT if you breach these Terms.
