- PrivateGPT Service Overview
2.1. PrivateGPT is designed to operate on your on-premise servers, ensuring that all data processing is conducted within your infrastructure.
2.2. Features include multilingual conversations, various integration modules, personalized tools, and access to our extensive Language Model Zoo for different industry applications.
- Eligibility for Use and Access
3.1. Although PrivateGPT is primarily designed for use by companies and organizations, we may choose to provide free access to certain individuals or entities at our discretion.
3.2. If we have chosen to provide free access to you, please note that this access is subject to these Terms and may be terminated or suspended by us at any time without notice.
3.3. We reserve the right to limit or restrict the services and features provided to individuals or entities who are not paying customers, or to limit the total amount of usage or output for such individuals or entities.
- Use of Service
4.1. License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use PrivateGPT strictly in accordance with these Terms.
4.2. User Obligations: You agree to use PrivateGPT only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and restricting access to your on-premise servers where PrivateGPT is installed.
4.3. Integration and Customization: It is your responsibility to integrate PrivateGPT with your existing systems and customize it per your specific requirements.
- Confidentiality and Data Privacy
5.1. WE WILL NEVER USE YOUR DATA TO RETRAIN MODELS. OUR POLICY IS TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR DATA AND PREVENT ANY ACCESS OR SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW OR WITH YOUR EXPRESS CONSENT.

- Intellectual Property
6.1. All intellectual property rights in PrivateGPT, including but not limited to software, algorithms, models, and documentation, are and remain the exclusive property of NeuralNet Solutions.
6.2. You are prohibited from attempting to re-sell, reverse-engineer, or misappropriate any part of our intellectual property.
- Payment and Subscription
7.1. Pricing: The Starting price for PrivateGPT is €990/year for the Basic Plan.
7.2. Fees are subject to change, and any amendment will be notified to you in advance, providing an option to terminate the service if you disagree with any new fees.
- Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuralNet Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use PrivateGPT.
- Termination
9.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PrivateGPT if you breach these Terms.
9.2. You may also terminate your subscription with written notice if you do not agree to future modifications to these Terms.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with Estonian law.
10.2. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Estonia.
